Born in Germany and then raised in Italy until he moved to Florida at the age of seven, B-Boy Luigi is a member of the legendary Skill Methodz crew, and also a member of Squadron crew.

Luigi started breaking in 1999, saying that it was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon that sort of got him into breaking, but he didn’t get seriously into the dance until a year later in 2000.

With a clean, calm, all-round foundational style, Luigi loves and is inspired by the ’90s era of breaking and the styles that came out of it, from B-Boys such as Crazy Legs, Float, Swift Rock, Abstrak and Megas.

Having won events with his crews, like the UK B-Boy Championships and Freestyle session, Luigi is proud of the fact that he gets to do what he loves for a living.

Luigi shares his story on how he prepared to make a comeback again in Red Bull BC One since 2010. He also explain to us on how he has been changing his style of moves for this competition.
