Limited to just 992 units, the special edition serves as the latest from the German automaker’s exclusive Manufaktur division. The exterior of the car expresses a bold Cherry Metallic finish accented by white motorsport detail accents. Gold badges and a Porsche Heritage logo on the rear are also applied to evoke the commemorative badges of the Porsche 356. Moving inside, the interior of the car displays a 50’s two-tone corduroy seating trim that provides a retro element to the special release. The 2021 Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition will be available in either a seven-speed manual or PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission.
