It seems like new music from Kanye West is right around the corner, according to leaked screenshots and Tweets from people close to the rapper.

Kanye is notorious for teasing and promising albums that never end up getting released, most memorably the highly anticipated YANDHI. The new project is dubbed DONDA, an homage to the rapper’s mother, and is being revealed through an invite-only listening party that requires prior registration.

Revealed in a very simple text-only post, the announcement states that the action will go down on Thursday, July 22, 2021 and will be hosted at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. For those interested in attending, you can cop tickets via Ticketmaster starting at 5pm EDT on July 19, and note that prices are set at $20 USD and $50 USD.

There’s still no clear release date for DONDA, but given the fact that West rolled out Jesus is King by hosting private listening events and performances prior the drop, it’s likely that we can see a release either this week or in the coming weeks. However, based off of past album announcements, it might be best to not hold your breath as the rapper is notorious for constantly pushing back his album drops
